Lake Drummond Baptist Church is a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  Jesus said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”  That being said, we believe Him. We are ordinary men and women answering the call of the Holy Spirit to reach out to the community and share the good news that “Jesus is Lord.”  You may ask, just what is the good news of Jesus Christ?  It is the Gospel of Jesus Christ!  1 Corinthians 15:3b-4 tell us what that is: “. . . how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;  And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”

Did you know that someone loves you enough to die for you?  Jesus does . . . and not only die for you but rose from the grave three days later in resurrection glory to live for you that you might reign with Him in glory.

At Lake Drummond, we have an active ministry, which includes Sunday School, Bible Studies, Women’s Auxiliary, Adult/Youth Choir, Instrumentalists practice, Awana Clubs from pre-K to twelfth grade, and a host of other activities.

We’re a community church that’s active, involved, and focused on serving God, not just by adding new members, but by reaching people for Christ. Though Lake Drummond is rich in tradition, we are aware of the ever-changing needs of the community. To that end, we do adapt to the changing times, but we can never compromise God’s Holy Word.
